I empathize that you are encounterring issues sending emails and you are getting a message maxim "We were unable to ship you an email. Try again afterward.". You experience that problem since you have not verified your account, you lot can view the verification e-mail in the main domain of the business relationship and afterward seeing the message sent for you to verify your account, please follow the instructions in the email you lot received.

Just incase that the verification electronic mail did not work, I advise you to undergo account validation for your account to be verified. By doing then, after passing the validation procedure, you will exist able to verify your account.

Please go to (https://business relationship.alive.com/pw) to do the validation process and follow the steps below:

1. Click "Reset your password".

ii. Enter your Microsoft account and type in the characters you'll see in the pictures.

iii. Hit Next.

iv. Click "I can't utilize any of these options".

five. Enter a working email address where nosotros can contact y'all.

7. Fill-up the form and click "Submit".

Hope yous are having some luck. I take received about 6 verification codes, none of them piece of work.  Microsoft is 1 major pain in the butt.  Should have bought an Apple.

I am having this same issue.  Recently purchased a new surface pro three, and when I get to the account verification steps, my Popular e-mail accost that I have setup for my secondary e-post on my hotmail account does not receive the electronic mail with the security code.  I take tried to resend several times.  I accept also tried the steps y'all referenced above to receive the code via an alternate method (cell phone with SMS message) and information technology states information technology takes 30 days for the process to change.

So, am I stuck with a make new surface with limited functionality (I tin't log into the store, and several other on-line functions practise not work) because I cannot verify my business relationship for the next 30 days?

Every bit an FYI back in Apr 2014 I was able to receive the security verification e-mails on my Pop account.  Since then, something must take inverse with the due east-mail delivery mechanism.
